Our vibrant new non-fiction imprint, Flint Books, is dedicated to publishing ‘books that spark’, starting conversations, prompting debate and inspiring action.

Freelancing at The History Press

We are currently seeking skilled individuals to add to our editorial freelance database. We are looking for experienced copy editors, proofreaders and indexers, preferably with industry-standard qualifications or certification (CIEP members, for example), who enjoy working on varied projects from Queen Victoria to the DH.103 Hornet and have an outstanding eye for detail.
